By installing or using Wine Identifier (“App”), you agree to these Terms.
2) License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
3) Subscriptions & Billing
- Premium features may be offered via auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase and managed by a subscription provider (e.g., RevenueCat).
- Prices may vary by region; taxes may apply.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4) Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, misuse the App, or infringe third-party rights. Unlawful or abusive activity is prohibited.
6) Content & Results
Recognition results are provided “as is” without warranties. Always verify results before relying on them for decisions.
7) Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
9) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
10) Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version here with an updated “Last updated” date.
