1) What We Collect
- Photos/Camera (Optional): Access occurs only when you choose a photo or take a picture to analyze. We do not access your library without your action.
- Purchase/Subcription Data: Apple processes in-app purchases/subscriptions. We may receive entitlement status via our subscription provider (e.g., RevenueCat) to unlock premium features.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide wine recognition results on user-selected images.
- Verify premium access and deliver paid features.
- Maintain security and prevent fraud/abuse.
3) Sharing
- Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase): Payment processing and receipts.
- Subscription Provider (e.g., RevenueCat): Entitlement management for subscriptions.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4) Storage & Retention
- Images: Processed for recognition and not retained unless you explicitly save them in the app.
- Purchase/Entitlement Records: Kept as required for payment, support, and fraud prevention.
5) Your Rights
